  • Community Care - Advice on finding out what help you can get from your local social services department, how to access the help, what to do if your needs are changing, and how to challenge your social services department if you are not happy with their decisions.
  • Housing - How to deal with problems with your landlord, advice if you are facing the loss of your home, and how to access social housing, and housing options for older people.

How to use our Autism and Ageing Advice Service

For those without internet access call our Autism Helpline on 0808 800 4104 (Monday-Friday, 10am-4pm). The Helpline will take details of your query and arrange a telephone appointment for you with our Autism and Ageing advisor, who will call you back at the agreed time to discuss your query in detail.

We aim to reply within 10 working days. It may take us longer than this if our advisor is away.
