Our Transition Support Service provides impartial, confidential information, advice and support to parents and carers of autistic children and young people making the transition from school to adult life or further education.

We can help when you want:
  • General information about your and your child’s rights and entitlements throughout the transition process.
  • Assistance with exploring your child’s options so that you and your child can make informed decisions.
  • Information about other services that may be useful during the transition process, such as legal services.
  • Guidance and support on specific issues such as engaging your child, finding suitable provision, making a complaint or appealing against a decision.
